Tom Koeneke, a founding member of Ellis, Koeneke & Ramirez, L.L.P., has been a practicing attorney for 31 years. He is board certified in estate planning and probate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. In 2004 he was elected as a member of Interlegal, international network of attorneys. Born in Denver, Colorado, Tom's primary areas of law include domestic and international estate administration, estate planning, estate litigation, and trust litigation.
