EMILY A. GEARHART
Born in Tyler, Texas, Emily joined the firm in 2010 after serving a two year term as law clerk to the Honorable J. Scott Hacker, United States Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of Texas, Laredo Division. Emily works on civil litigation matters involving various areas of both state and federal law, including business disputes, breach of contract claims, and tort claims.
Emily is primarily responsible for researching and drafting pre-trial and trial briefs in both state and federal cases. Emily is also involved in drafting post-trial pleadings before trial and appellate courts.
Born in Weslaco, Texas and having grown up in the city of Mission, Daniel primarily works on civil litigation matters involving various areas of state law, including real property disputes, business and banking disputes, and breach of contract claims.
Daniel also works on both contested and uncontested probate matters.p
