Born in Weslaco, Texas and raised in the City of Mission, Daniel was admitted to the State Bar and to the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas, in 2012. He began practicing law as an associate at Ellis, Koeneke & Ramirez, L.L.P. in May of 2012 and was later named Partner in 2017. Daniel’s principal areas of practice include general civil and probate/trust litigation. His experience includes matters relating to eminent domain litigation, business litigation, oil & gas disputes, real estate litigation, construction disputes, and personal injury litigation. In addition to representing both land owners and condemning authorities in eminent domain proceedings in State and Federal Court (including matters involving the Border Wall), Daniel handles both contested and uncontested probate, trust, and guardianship litigation.
